Criss Cross Applesauce?

Political correctness gone wild

It has recently come to my attention through my well placed sources in our nation’s public schools, that children no longer sit “Indian Style” when they circle up for story time, but rather “Criss Cross Applesauce.”

Apparently “Indian Style” is just too insensitive a term to teach the impressionable youth of America.

Please, I beg you, don’t let your children say “Criss Cross Applesauce.” It might be the worst phrase in the English language. Worse than “case of the Mondays.” Worse than “Didn’t you get the memo?” Worse than “Hope and Change.”

Stand up against political correctness. Save our children. Save their futures. Don’t let them say “Criss Cross Applesauce.”

Boy howdy, imagine how asinine/effeminate that would sound, coming from a 10-year-old boy. But then again, the modern government school culture also teaches kids that homosexuals can “marry” one another.

I agree; let kids sit Indian-style all they want. I guarantee is wasn’t an Indian that made up that stupid PC term. Now a lesbian vegan, maybe.
