In an ABC debate, Mitt Romney said, “I like mandates.” Fred Thompson sharply says, “I didn’t know you were gonna admit that. You like mandates.”
Romney replies, “Absolutely, let me tell you what kind of mandates I like, Fred.”
And then Thompson chuckles: “The ones you come up with.”
