Want to Succeed? Sacrifice

“All work has dignity”

Foster, a self-described “recovering perfectionist,” talks to Red State Politics on being successful:  It’s about persistence and hard work—and not comparing yourself to others. But beyond all that, you need to define what true success is, and it’s not just about money (video: 10:42; less than a page).

I like Foster’s definition of a leader. Christ was the ultimate example of this; He transformed humanity by leading…by speaking truth to people who were used to lies.

Those hard sayings made the *supposed* “leaders” so angry with Christ that they put Him to death. Then even from that cross, He led and He leads us still.

Hard work…do what’s right, not what’s easy or popular. Good words, Foster.
