Democratic Congressman Will Not Endorse Obama

Says he will vote against Obamacare

In a move rarely seen in politics, Representative Larry Kissell from North Carolina is breaking rank and doing what his job description requires—listening to the people he represents.

“I’ve heard from hundreds and hundreds of people from my district about their opposition to the health care law,” Kissell told the Charlotte Observer. “I voted against it originally and I will vote to repeal it.”

By not endorsing Barack Obama and openly campaigning against Obamacare, Kissell is also upholding his oath of office: defending the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic.

Precisely; and I think many Democrat congressmen and a few senators will switch their votes when the repeal comes up in a Romney presidency.

Ugh…just the thought of Romney is pretty revolting to me. But at this point, America is a cancer patient that also just had a massive heart attack. We The People need to send Romney in there with a mandate to live up to his “conservative” PR, or walk the plank.

It’s always true that Congress is the key; even the best president can’t override a bad Congress, and vise-versa. It’s critical to beat Obama; but even *more* critical to beat every incumbent in Congress that has been violating the Constitution…and that describes 90% of incumbents.
