One of the most curious purchases in corruption history
The General Services Administration sure knows how to throw a party. Trips to Vegas, mind readers, and $20,000 on drumsticks for 4,000 people all on the taxpayer’s dime. We, the American people, sure know how to take care of our federal employees don’t we?
Amazingly, both parties think that the lavish spending of public funds (at least by the GSA because it’s now in the news) needs to stop, pushing the GSA to make this announcement:
“Under the new GSA leadership, this event and type of spending is not tolerated” and the agency continues a “rigorous top-to-bottom review of all agency operations” as it considers further reforms.”
