Basically we should all just move to states with Republican governors
Well Rick Perry sure seems to be doing something right. Same with Bob McConnell because Texas and Virginia counties dominate the top 10. In fact, 22 out of 25 of the counties were in Republican-led states. Is that a theme, a trend, or an overwhelming statistic?
