… either do that, or lose this election
This isn’t complicated. It doesn’t require focus groups. Mitt’s remarks that 47% of Americans don’t pay income taxes were true. And America needs to hear truth like that right now. I thought that’s why he picked Paul Ryan.
If we don’t wake up and realize our current course is unstainable, if we don’t recognize that making fewer and fewer Americans pay taxes while giving them more and more handouts is obviously not going to work, this country will fall apart.
Mitt keeps saying how important this election is. This is why. Say it, man. Own it.
As Tucker Carlson and Neil Patel of the Daily Caller today urge Mitt to stand tall:
“Yes, we’re aware of his limitations as a public speaker, not to mention as a political philosopher. We’re all too well acquainted with the cowardly instincts of his campaign staff, as well as with their ineptitude. But he has no choice. There can be no needle threading. He said it. He can either explain it and run on it, or he can lose because of it.”
Mark Twain said that a lie can get halfway around the world before the truth even puts its pants on. The media is carving in stone the lie that Romney committed some sort of major gaffe and Mitt’s still lying in bed.
